Your property management has commissioned me to service your boiler. To ensure the maintenance can be carried out smoothly and without the need for a second visit, please take note of the following points:
Your maintenance appointment
You will find your scheduled time slot on the notice posted in your building. Please make sure that someone is available at the agreed time to provide access to your apartment. If you are unable to be there yourself, please leave the key with a trusted person or arrange with a neighbor to swap time slots. In both cases, kindly inform me in advance (by phone: Monday to Friday, 7:30–8:15 a.m.).
Please note that additional costs may apply for extra appointments requiring a second visit.
Please clear the area around the boiler
Please clear the area around the boiler before my arrival. Make sure the space in front of, under, and next to the boiler is completely free. The boiler must be easily accessible from all sides. Please ensure there is enough room for me to work safely with my ladder and tools. Move any furniture, shelves, or electrical appliances that obstruct access to the boiler beforehand. Also, please remove any magnets, cards, or other items attached to the boiler – I do not accept liability for any damage to objects that have not been removed.
Keep access to the filling valve clear
To be able to refill your heating system if necessary, the filling valve must be easily accessible. Please move any appliances, furniture, or other objects out of the way. Access must not be blocked. If the filling valve is not accessible, I will not be able to refill the system, which may result in a second visit and additional costs.
Access to a water tap
To refill the heating system, access to a water tap is required – usually in the kitchen or bathroom. I need to be able to connect a water hose there. For your own convenience, please clear out the sink – no dishes, pots, or food.
Important notice regarding the procedure
Please note that I can only carry out the maintenance if the appliance is accessible and the hygienic conditions on site allow it.
Contact person for boiler malfunctions
In case of problems with your gas boiler, your primary contact is your property management.
They decide what actions will be taken and are the only ones authorized to commission me to inspect or repair the boiler.
